As an employer you are responsible for working conditions on the floor. When stripping containers you encounter among other things the physical burden on your employees and their exposure to poisonous gases. It is also quite a challenge to have the right personnel available at the moment that the container arrives. Copal Handling Systems has the solution here.
Loose stacked boxes can be unloaded and processed as required by the Copal C1 and Copal C2, machines developed and patented by Copal Handling Systems. The Copal C1 palletizes the boxes directly on the machine and the Copal C2 connects directly to your existing internal logistics system. The Copal machines take over your employees’ physical activities. The grippers are suitable for taking various types of goods out of the container.
Unloading containers is often planned at the last minute. Looking for flexible employees involves a lot of organizational problems. Employing Copal machines means you no longer need four employees but just one. He or she can empty a container in less than half the time. Easy container stripping.
Unloading bags is made easy with the Copal systems by the use of interchangeable gripper units. For instance with jute bags the so-called “Spidergripper” is used. For other bag sorts (e.g. plastic) a vacuum gripper is used.
The grippers are custom made especially for your specific logistics processes.
By emptying the container with fewer employees and in less time you can now process more containers per day and so create a bigger turnover. Saving on the work force and a constant unloading capacity makes better company results attainable. The following extra savings have not even been accounted for here:

The PULLPLATE is used for containers filled with boxes containing goods requiring specific treatment.
Examples of this are boxes of bottles, foodstuffs and specials.
The PULLPLATE tackles the boxes while in the container. After the vacuum has been automatically enabled, the boxes are pulled onto the plate. Once on the plate, they are automatically transferred to the roller conveyor and dropped off for further processing.
